And Maria decided not to go as not to cause problems with the others. Once everyone left they were really excited to go to the Festival...)
*At the Festival*
As soon as they arrived they got excited. It was nothing like they had ever seen. Everyone around them was having a blast. There weren't many rides but there were a lot of games and almost everyone was where the stage was at...
Everyone went their separate ways... Sarah & Kevin went to the Ferris wheel... while Ella & Nick wanted to go walk around and see everything... Carmen, Vico & Carlos wanted to go wait for the artists to come. Especially Carmen, while Joe went to play some games.

While on the Ferris Wheel...
Sarah: Wow, look you can see all the lights from the castle... it's so beautiful.
Kevin: Yeah it is... (Sarah starts laughing) What?
Sarah: I just remembered something...
Kevin: What?

Joe started playing a game of "Pop the balloon". Where you had to pop as many balloons as you could and depending on how many you popped is the size of your prize which of course was a teddy bear. Joe had already popped 4 and if he got 2 more he could get a medium sized teddy bear.
Joe: (Thinking) Just imagine it's Carlos's face... (He threw the dart and hit the 1st one and then the 2nd. He smiled and the guy working there gave him a little teddy bear that was hiding a heart behind it's back...)
Joe: GREAT! (sarcastically) A teddy bear and no one to give it to. (He looked down thinking of Vico and walked to where the stage was as he saw that one of the artists had arrived.)
*At the stage*
Wisin & Yandel come out... (Everyone screamed and applauded)
Carmen: TE AMO YANDEL!!! TU ERES MIO! (Yandel laughs but then they started singing one of their songs. It was a slow song) (Translation: I love you Yandel! Your mine!)
Carmen was singing along really in the moment and dancing by herself from side to side. Carlos whispered in Vico's ear...)
Carlos: Do you want to dance, babe...
Vico: (she looked up at him and then saw Joe on a corner...) You know what... this time I'm dancing with my boyfriend... (she walked away but then stopped and looked back) And the name's Vico not babe... (She walks up to Joe) (Joe had saw what she had done and was smiling inside)
Vico: Hi...
Joe: Hi...
Vico: So Joe... do you want to dance? (She said this nervous not knowing if he'd except.)
Joe: (he hesitated for a moment but then smiled) Sure...
Vico: (she put her hand around his neck and Joe put his around her waist) I'm so sorry Joe... I never meant to hurt you. You were right about what you said and (looked down) I'm truly sorry Joe. But you should know that I love you and no one else-
Joe: (he interrupted her by giving her a passionate kiss!) I know... I love you too. And I'm sorry it's just that... he... (she out her finger on his lip then kissed him) I missed that... (they stayed hugging)

Description: Dan Mitrione, policier américain et agent du FBI, a coopéré avec la police de divers pays latino-américains en partageant son expertise dans le domaine de la torture, et a supervisé à l'entraînement de policiers étrangers aux États-Unis, tout cela dans le contexte de la Guerre froide.
Il fut policier dans l'Indiana de 1945 à 1947, et rejoindra le FBI en 1959. En 1960, il est assigné à l'International Cooperation Administration du Département d'État, qui l'envoie en Amérique latine pour qu'il y donne diverses leçons de "techniques avancées de contre-insurrection". C'est ainsi que débute sa deuxième vie, secrète, celle d'expert en torture.
De 1960 à 1967 il travaille avec la police brésilienne, à une époque où les emprisonnements sans procès, la torture et les exécutions d'opposants politiques devenaient de plus en plus monnaie courante. Il revient au États-Unis en 1967, à Washington, à l'USAID, pour y partager son expérience et son expertise d'anti-guérilleros. En 1969, il débarque en Uruguay cette fois, toujours, sous l'USAID, afin de superviser l'Office de Sûreté Publique.
Depuis quelques années alors, le gouvernement uruguayen devait faire face à une économie chancellante, à des grèves ouvrières et des mouvements étudiants, ainsi qu'aux Tupamaros, un groupe de guérilla urbaine marxiste hautement sophistiqué et bénéficiant d'une large faveur populaire. L'OPS aidait la police locale depuis 1965, lui offrant entraînement et armes. La torture était selon toutes apparences déjà employée dans les années 60, mais l'arrivée de Dan Mitrione aurait eu pour conséquence son utilisation à grande échelle. On lui attribue d'ailleurs souvent la citation suivante: "The precise pain, in the precise place, in the precise amount, for the desired effect." "La douleur juste, à l'endroit juste, en quantité juste, pour l'effet désirée."
Alors que l'emploi de la torture s'amplifia et les tensions en Uruguay montèrent, les Tupamaros enlevèrent Dan Mitrione en 1970. Il fut interrogé sur ses activités secrètes, puis exécuté après que les rebelles aient essuyé quelques contre-coups. Le film L'État de Siège (1973) de Costa-Gavras est entièrement basé sur ces faits, encore que quelques détails sont changés à propos de la vie de Mitrione, joué par Yves Montand, tel son nom. Quelques années plus tard, un régime militaire pro-américain allait prendre le pouvoir en Uruguay.
Marié, Mitrione était père de neuf enfants. Ses funérails furent hautement publicisées aux États-Unis. David Eisenhower, fils de l'ex-président, et le secrétaire d'État sous Richard Nixon, William Rogers, y assistèrent entre autres, alors que Frank Sinatra et Jerry Lewis organisèrent un concert au profit de sa famille à Richmond, Indiana. Il fut qualifié, notamment, d'homme dont le "service dévoué à la cause du progrès pacifique dans un monde ordonné demeurera un exemple pour tous les hommes libres" par Ron Ziegler, porte-parole de la Maison-Blanche, ainsi que de "grand humaniste" par sa fille Linda. Ce qui n'a pas empêcher les faits concernant ses activités de faire surface en Occident, notamment par l'entremise de l'agent-double cubain Manuel Hevia Cosculluela. Aujourd'hui, bien que peu familier pour une grande majorité d'Américains, il reste un acteur très controversé de la Guerre froide

Le théâtre du Châtelet est un théâtre situé dans le Ier arrondissement de Paris et inauguré en 1862 ; il programme aujourd'hui principalement des opéras et des concerts classiques. Il accueille également la cérémonie des Césars du cinéma
Le théâtre impérial du Châtelet est construit entre 1860 et 1862 par Gabriel Davioud à la demande du baron Haussmann, à la même époque que l'actuel théâtre de la Ville qui lui fait face de l'autre côté de la place du Châtelet. Il comptait alors 2 500 places et était utilisé pour des représentations théâtrales. Il est inauguré le 19 avril 1862, en présence de l'Impératrice, avec Rothomago de d'Ennery, Clairville et Monnier.
Au début du XXe siècle, sa programmation s'ouvre à l'opérette, au ballet, à des concerts de musique classique et populaire, et même, pour un temps, à des projections cinématographiques.
La danse tient au XXe siècle une place particulière dans la programmation : le Châtelet accueille des compagnies internationales comme les Ballets russes de Sergei Diaghilev, ou le ballet de l'actuel théâtre Mariinsky. Il a vu la création de Petrouchka de Stravinski le 3 juin 1911, et celle de Parade de Satie et Cocteau le 18 mai 1917.
Au pupitre, le théâtre accueille de nombreux compositeurs et chefs d'orchestre étrangers, comme Tchaïkovski, Mahler et Richard Strauss.
À partir de 1929, le théâtre du Châtelet va devenir le temple de l'opérette à grand spectacle sous la direction de Maurice Lehmann. De nombreux succès y vont être créés comme Nina Rosa (1931) avec André Baugé, L'Auberge du Cheval-Blanc (1948, 1953, 1960 et 1968), Valses de Vienne (1943, 1957, 1964 et 1974), Pour Don Carlos (1950) avec Georges Guétary, Le Chanteur de Mexico (1951) qui reste un millier de fois à l'affiche avec Luis Mariano et Rudy Hirigoyen, La Toison d'Or (1954) avec André Dassary, Méditerranée (1956) avec Tino Rossi, Rose de Noël (1957) avec André Dassary, Le Secret de Marco Polo (1958) avec Luis Mariano, La Polka des lampions (1961) et Monsieur Carnaval (1965) avec Georges Guétary et Jean Richard. Maurice Lehmann fait appel à des compositeurs tels que Siegmund Romberg, Henri Christiné, Maurice Yvain, Pierre Petit, Francis Lopez, Henri Betti, Jean-Jacques Damase, Gérard Calvi et Charles Aznavour. Son successeur, Marcel Lamy, ancien directeur de l'Opéra-Comique, produit les deux dernière opérette de Luis Mariano, Le Prince de Madrid (1967) et La Caravelle d'or (1969). Après des moments incertains, le Châtelet renouvelle avec le succès pendant plus de 600 représentations avec Gipsy, dirigé par André Martial. (1972) puis Volga (1976) de Francis Lopez avec José Todaro.
En 1979, la direction est reprise par la ville de Paris. Après une profonde rénovation, il rouvre en 1980 sous le nom de théâtre musical de Paris. L'opérette n'est pas oublié et on y produit La Vie parisienne, La Veuve joyeuse, La Chauve-Souris et La Fille de madame Angot. Des saisons d'opéra s'y succèdent avec notamment des cycles Verdi, russe, Wagner avec des artistes de renommées internationales. L'acoustique est de nouveau retravaillée en 1989, le rideau de scène est peint par Gérard Garouste, et la salle reprend le nom de théâtre du Châtelet.
Stéphane Lissner, son directeur de 1995 à 1999, fit de nouveau améliorer l'acoustique et la visibilité.
Il a accueilli en résidence l'orchestre de Paris et l'orchestre philharmonique de Radio France ; les deux formations s'installeront en septembre 2006 à la salle Pleyel. Le Philharmonia Orchestra, de Londres, y prend résidence chaque année depuis 1993.
