El único registro fílmico del Pink Floyd con Syd Barrett es The Pink Floyd London 66-67, Dedicated to Syd Barrett, film de Peter Whitehead compaginado con material rodado durante las primeras grabaciones en estudio del grupo, sus conciertos en el club UFO de Londres y su participación en la performance plástico-musical conocida como The 14 Hour Technicolor Dream. En su media hora de duración, el documental registra a Barrett en acción y también a lo más audaz en moda, plástica y música de una de las épocas más ricas del siglo XX. Una curiosidad es que permite ver a John Lennon observando una performance de Yoko Ono.
Barrett, Mason, Waters y Wright interpretan dos extensos temas de corte experimental: el clásico Interestellar Overdrive y un inédito, Nick¹s Boggie, que no forma parte de la discografía oficial de la banda y sólo puede escucharse aquí.
