The rest of the story.......LOL :-)
These are some last minute cooking videos Mikey (my 15 year old son) made for a contest,
I didn't even know the recipe (you have to make one of theirs) & he only had 2 hours to film edit & submit! I've made similar concoctions but always with whatever I have handy...no recipe!
Then AFTER he made the first vides WITH his brothers as helpers, we read where no one under 18 could be in it, so he used the footage he had (the practice stuff with me saying "um" all the time when he was checking the lighting!) he had no time to edit out all the "ummmmmms" I said, & he just made the submission deadline with only minutes to spare!
There is no way it will win, but he had fun shooting it, & we learned the importance of a script!
In the Long one He made a BLOOPER reel for Heather (my daughter who is in the Air Force) to see, you will see some of the mistake as we made it also I had a chemical burn on my face that's why I was holding ice on my eye in between takes, it wouldn't stop tearing) I had just finished grilling about 30 pounds of Tandoori chicken outside ALL morning, it was about 35 degrees outside BRRRR!!!
, Then I ran in & did this for him, so I really look rough, but I figured no one would really see it unless I TOLD them to watch it! So this is my disclaimer LOL Smile!
